I book my tickets over the phone?
Absolutley, our consultants would welcome you call on 0800 825 36 33 who can process
your reservation over the phone.

What if I need to cancel or change my itinerary?
For any changes or cancellations you can email your
personal online consultant who will assist with all
your needs.
How do I get my tickets ?
All reservations will be issued as an e-ticket
which will be emailed or mailed to you once full payment
has been received. If an e-ticket is not available,
a paper ticket will be issued and be couriered directly
to you. There will be a small courier fee for this.
What is an E-ticket?
An E-ticket, or Electronic Ticket, is a paperless ticket.
Instead of using a paper ticket, your photo ID (such
as your passport) is all you need to receive your boarding
pass. An E-ticket cannot be lost, as your ID and confirmation
number act as your ticket.
Can I use my Frequent Flier miles to buy a
ticket on CheapSeats?
No. We are unable to accept any vouchers, coupons or
mileage bookings. In most cases, you must book directly
with the airline to take advantage of these programs.
Contact your miles program for more specific information
regarding its program.
Will
I earn Frequent Flier miles for purchases on the site?
You may be eligible for Frequent Flier miles directly
from your selected airline; however, eligibility is
contingent upon the airline's rules. Frequent flier
miles may not be available for some deeply discounted
fares. In order to verify eligibility, present your
account information at the check-in counter prior to
the departure of your flight.
